The group will consist of 11 people in various leadership positions in local
communities and NGO activists representing a wide variety of Belarusian organizations
with a local community development agenda. Policy makers in many countries
have come to the realization that local communities are best positioned to
tackle local problems and to make decisions that affect the improvement of
their areas.
